OUR BRAND STORY

Our nasi lemak concept, Heng Ong Huat, not only shares a taste of Singapore with everyone but also pays tribute to my first landlord, Uncle Heng (恒伯伯), who, in my opinion, cooks the best nasi lemak.

When I first set foot in Singapore more than a decade ago, his nasi lemak made a lasting impression on me, reminding me of the warmth of home away from home.

Together with my culinary team, I recreated the recipe to achieve that familiar sense of comfort.
